- Check-out time: before 12:00
- Early check-in: Before 6:00 am charged 100% (including breakfast at the hotel)
Note: From after 6:00 am - before 12:00 pm: 50% charge (excluding breakfast)
- Late check-out: After 12:00 - 15:00, 30% of room rate will be charged
After 3:00 p.m. - before 5:00 p.m., 50% of room rate will be charged; After 17:00, 100% of the room rate will be charged
NOTE: - Surcharge policy for children: From 0 - 5 years old: Free (sharing bed with parents)
From 6 - 11 years old: Surcharge 200,000+ VND/day (sharing bed with parents)
From 12 years old and up: Apply adult price policy: 250,000+ VND/day (sharing bed with parents)
- Extra bed fee: 250,000+ VND/night (breakfast included)
- Do not bring pets (dogs, cats, etc.) into the hotel.
